Wee-Wee was declared an independent democracy on New Year's Day, 1970. Its principles were simple: a direct democracy whose President was randomly changed every 27 minutes. It was to be a short-lived experiment, for Wee-Wee was burned to the waterline on February 14 that same year. No one was injured, but Verna Cable and Nevid Kessar barely escaped with their lives on their speedboat. Although never proven, The League of Gnomes was suspected of the arson. As the incident occurred in international waters, however, no U.S. law-enforcement agency took an interest in the case. On Halloween Day, 1970, Flintrock, Cable, Kessar, Cappy Trowbridge and Jonathan Trenchwheat were arrested while attempting to dynamite the Gnomes Grotto in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The charges were later dropped when the "dynamite" was found to be loaded with tiny handbills depicting the unopened head of Guvernor Morris. It is thought that this series of events led to the cessation of public activity by the Gnomes by the end of 1971. See Also |

"Oui-Oui," as he is known in France, is the favorite cartoon character of Loïck Adkins (son of AA stalwart Steven Adkins). Oui-Oui is an English character originally called Noddy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noddy). In a curious coincidence, Flintrock used the expertise of one "Noddy" Holfast, a veteran of North Sea oil platforms, in designing and manufacturing the ill-fated Wee-Wee.
