Once a prominent Dermatologist, Sarkozy, a Franco-Romanian of dour demeanor, devoted himself to crime after seeing how easy it was to seduce his glamorous patients with prescriptions and his incomparable knowledge of cosmetics. A vicious pusher of skin creams and chic powders, he was a virtual untouchable until he locked horns with Forkes.

His sidekick was thick-witted Bumbles Thatchett.
