A short-lived prog-rock band founded by David Payne which helped define Post-HoboCore pop culture. The line-up was a melange of street people, professional train-car bandits, assorted tub-thumpers, guitar masters and of course, Dave Payne himself on vocals, piano, harpischord, electric bassoon and skin-tyriod. Though the outfit released only two albums on the now-defunct Alpha Chimp label, rumors of a reunion tour and the release of previously unrecorded material are persistent.
