American. Born 1969. He storms in wearing absurdly long shorts, insisting they are not in fact, full-sized pants. Weaving slightly, he recieves a water-proofed 16mm Bolex. He is an otter.
On and off AA collaborator. Last seen in Tampa, his current whereabouts are unknown. A historical scholar of high esteem, Baldwin's landmark biography of Cappy Trowbridge placed him firmly in the Associationalist pantheon.
