The poet creates the peom first -- preferably on easily foldable documents, such as receipts, old-glue strips of masking tape, pare strips of any sort but requiring in thier structure the fortitude necessary to crouch through the rollers of an analog typing machine, the IBM Selectric -- particular model unimportant.
