I'd venture to say the Unseen Hand isn't gnomic activity, but very obviously associated with Gloved Ones -- whose hands, by def, are unseen.

Yes, it struck me as odd to, this discrepany, but my research indicates that the Uneen Hand are in fact a counterfeit, if you will, or a sick parody, of the gloved ones. But, perhps the page needs to reflect that there is in fact a controversy. A lot of evidence suggests that they are gnomes using a glove reference as a kind of slap in the face. However, maybe the cigar is a cigar in this case, and the unseen hand are in fact gloved ones. The murder of O'Donnelly, after all, is a harsh way of making a point. Would the gnomes sacifice one of their own?

The gnomes are niether interesting or clever enough to ply what you suggest. I suspect rather that The League, The Begloved, The Covered Hand, etc, need further extrapolation in order to clear this matter up. I guess I should transcribe my notes on the subject, if only to further clarify what has apparently become a matter no small mystery.
