DingDing was a representative of the alien race that helped to create Choco. Although he only appeared as a hologram to Choco, he proved to be a useful source of wisdom and aid to the beleaguered chocolate hero. Kind and witty, he communicated in a seriuos of mysterious clucks and twitters only Choco could decipher.
He was so popular in Canada that in 1982 he was given his own CBC televiosn show, The DingDing Hour.
