This series was dedicated to the same purpose as the original, but included a more historical perspective on the movement, which at this point was usually referred to as Associationalism.
Series two never quite got off the ground. Although having nothing to do with "R27's" cessation of public activity, several death threats were levied against contributors in the weeks following its original appearance. Tampa police made no arrests after a cursory, some might say suspiciously inadequate, investigation.
Copies of the five editions produced are rare and garner high bids on ebay.
